Feedback, Concerns And Complaints
Wayforward would really like to receive feedback, whether it’s good or bad. We would like to hear what we’re doing good so we can keep on the right track. All feedback received will be used to help us learn and improve the services we provide. We would also like to know about any complaints or concerns. As sometimes the only way we can do better, is if you lets us what we’re doing wrong.
Wayforward are committed to NHS England’s Ask Listen Do. We need your feedback, and we promise to listen. We will make a clear plan of what we’ll do as an organisation, and how the feedback provided will be used.

Our office door is always open, and you’re welcome to pop in and see us. One of our Directors will always be available for you to talk to. If wish you to see us face to face. We can always come and meet you at your home or a place of your choosing.
